As a child therapist, working with parents is one of my favorite things to do. I am incredibly passionate about helping parents support and relate better with their kids. The area of focus for this intensive would be parenting issues pertaining to kids or teens with anxiety and/or ADHD. Together we will go through what you are currently experiencing with your child, and create a parenting plan full of tools and strategies for helping your child manage their mind and emotions better. This intensive also includes tips and strategies for your own emotional regulation to keep your cool and support your child in the best way possible.

This intensive is the perfect place to identify where your money blocks are coming from and gain strategies and tools for how to manage them.

Anxiety is unique to each person depending on your personality, how you grew up, biology and lifestyle. In this session, we deep dive into getting you the right tools and strategies for managing your anxiety in healthy ways. Rather than google all the answers for how to manage anxiety …. Just ask me. We will work through it together. The point of this intensive is to get you to better understand how your anxiety works, and the tools and strategies to manage it in healthy ways. Together we will create an anxiety management plan full of skills so you know how to move forward in a healthier way. Note: this is not therapy. 

The power is in the PLAN. What makes intensives unique, is it’s not just talking through the problem, we’re solving it with an action plan. You will gain a clear understanding of the root of the issue and how to overcome it with a clear, strategic plan for moving forward.
