Calm and Focused
six months to a less anxious, more productive life.
Your too successful to be this anxious ↓
You are ambitious, you get sh*t done, and you are clear on wanting to be a success. However, I’ve never met an ambitious human who wasn’t riddled with anxiety, perfectionism, stress and overwhelm.
Why? Because the two go hand in, hand. Wanting to be a success, wanting some self-directed happiness is something worth working for. Hell, it’s something worth fighting for.
But the road to getting there can often feel messy, overwhelming and stressful. We put an enormous amount of pressure on ourselves. Our emotions get the best of us at times. And our relationships with the important people in our lives suffer.
We need to stay calm and focused to carry on to the finish line.
In order to be a success, and achieve your goals, you HAVE to take care of your mental health. I’m sorry my love, there’s just no way around it. Many people forgo this piece of themselves to work on it for another day but that’s just not smart. And you my friend, are by far too smart, and too successful to let this piece of yourself go.
Everything you do flows from the state of your mental health: your job, your relationships, your thoughts, even you physical health. You have to take care of your internal world to be successful in the real world.
I mean, let’s be real – everywhere you go, there you are (as the old saying goes) and your mental health – the way you see, think, feel and do life, is a part of that. So if any of that is unhealthy, unhappy or unwhole – it will affect you. It will get in your way of achieving your goals.
- It will slow you down, or cloud your decision making.
- It will interfere with having happy, healthy relationships,
- it will create unnecessary levels of stress and anxiety that you’d much rather live without.
- It makes setting and implementing boundaries hard,
- It makes managing your emotions and thoughts something that feels impossible
But it doesn’t have to be.
Just because you’ve done life one way for a long time, doesn’t mean you have to keep doing it that way.
At any point, you can make a decision that your mental health is a priority, and your will to take the time and space to work on it. This program is first step to making that a reality. I’ve complied all the things I know from working in human development over the last decade, coupled with the work I’ve done with clients in my therapy practice, along with my own personal experience working thought my stuff while making my dreams a reality.
And I want to help you do the same.
I do this literally every day in my therapy practice. But what I’ve noticed, is not everyone needs the depths therapy provides. Mental Health support looks different for different people. Some people need therapy, some people need coaching, some people need courses, and some people Some people are very high-functioning, but still crave support and guidance so they can work on their mental health in healthy ways. Coaching is GREAT for this.
Since therapy feels like too much for those of you who are ambitious, and high functioning.. I’ve created something just for you.
Some people just need some tools, some direction, and some insight into why they are doing what they are doing so they can be empowered to shift directions and move forward in a healthy way. So I will say this right up front, while I am psychotherapist, this is NOT therapy. Think of this as the introspective, educational, road map you need to start taking care of yourself, achieve your goals, change your thoughts, manage your emotions and set forward on a fulfilling, healthy path that leads to your success as a human.

Introducing: Calm and Focused
Six months to a less anxious, more productive life.
In this six month coaching program, we are going to focus on supporting your internal world, so you can be successful in the real world, and achieve your professional goals
We will do this in three ways:
Community – this is a group program where you can meet other like-minded badasses to form connections and community with. It’s never a good idea to achieve your goals solo. You never know who might be your next bestie, or business partner, or safe person. We have to expand our social networks when we are trying to level up. Some people in our current life just don’t understand the path we are on. There is power in community, and joining one like this, is like having your own safe space, to encourage you on the path to growth and change. There is a Facebook group that is dedicated to just this group – so you pop in daily, hourly whatever you need, and have the opportunity for the group to see and respond to what you need.
Live Workshops – education is where we learn, grow and have an opportunity to make internal connections. These workshops are taught live, online where you can ask questions and get feedback from me directly. Every month has a theme we work on together as a community. For example: we may work on Boundaries for one month, the next month may be coping skills for anxiety, the next month may be how to manage perfectionism or how to manage people pleasing (these are all examples of actual workshops we will be doing). I just want you to see how the subject matter changes month to month based on the theme.
Group Coaching – these are done every week in groups of ten or less. Everyone will get a chance to speak, and process what’s come up for them that week and have the opportunity to get coached by Nicole directly. Group sessions are powerful because we all learn from each other. It’s also incredibly validating to know you’re not alone. It’s also where we see the education piece of the program come to life, as you put it into action in the real world. We’re there for you every step of the way.
Here’s the curriculum
Quarterly Self-Care Retreats.
If you’ve listened to my podcast, Mental Health Remix, you know that self-care is a much deeper practice than bubble baths and smoothies. It comes with learning how to honor and give your internal world support, so you feel rejuvenated and refueled to take on your life. We will engage in two half days, of self-care. Make space for yourself and learn that habits and practices I know work based on my experience as a psychotherapist. Many of us don’t know how to do this well and being able to set aside some time to feel good, empowered, and supported is something we all need. These are learning retreated with live experientials, so you leave refreshed and renewed. The best part: you can take what you learn and start doing it on your own to keep self-care part of your monthly routine.
One-one coaching session
You will get a one-one coaching session with, Nicole at the beginning of the program. This is a deep dive into you goals as a human, and your goals for the program. In this session, Nicole will help you build a roadmap of what steps you need to take over the course of six months to get the most out of this program. You can bring your business goals, your professional aspirations, relationship trouble, mindset, and emotional setbacks you’ve had, and together we will get super clear on the next steps you should take to support your internal world so your goals get achieved.
Journal Prompts
And exercises all complied in your very own journal. This is your private space that you can use as you see fit. We offer guidance, questions and prompts, but it’s up to you where you want to take it.
Challenges
To change thoughts and behavior patterns we have to challenge them. Every month we create a challenge to work on as a community. We do this in an incredibly positive way, where you cannot fail. You are held in love and support of the community while you challenge yourself to grow.
Worksheets
That can be turned into your customized workbook. This is not a one-size fits all approach. We are interested in who you truly are – the whole she bang. Authenticity, and exploring who you are, how you feel and what you think are critical to your success. As such, we will provide worksheets but you get to decide what to keep into your own workbook based on what feels supportive to you.
Bonus Module
The Many Faces of Anxiety
Anxiety can manifest it’s self in many different ways. In this module, I break down common anxiety disorders, their symptoms and the best parenting strategies for each one. We will cover tools for: OCD, Panic Attacks, Phobias, Social Anxiety, Situational Anxiety i.e. family or life transitions causing anxiety, Separation Anxiety, and PTSD.
