The truth is, anxiety disorders go beyond logic and deep breathing. You have to treat anxiety at the root to really to get relief. Therapy can be incredibly helpful in supporting your child and helping identify the root of their anxiety, and give coping strategies and tools to help manage anxiety.

Have you felt frustrated and overwhelmed by your child’s anxiety?
You’ve probably tried doing all you know to do but in the end, anxiety doesn’t seem to get smaller – if anything it seems to gets BIGGER. And it can be a really overwhelming process because you desperately want to help but everything you do or say seems to be wrong or ineffective.
It’s not you – It’s Anxiety
Anxiety can show up in a multitude of ways… and can be unique to each child depending on their personality, life experiences and biology. It is necessary to know how to respond and communicate with your anxious child so you can build them up and not bring them down. Anxiety is its own language
You’ve probably noticed that logic and reason go out the window with anxious kids and it’s not because they are defiant (although it may appear that way on the outside). Most anxious kids truly want to follow logic and reason, but their anxious brains don’t allow it. They are constantly being flooded with fear-based stories their anxiety is telling them.
Learning how to support them in changing the anxiety story, interjecting with helpful words and actions, and building a supportive bridge between you and your child is a key factor in anxiety management for kids.
I can teach you how to support your child in healthy ways.

I built this course because supporting kids with anxiety is what I spend half my day talking with parents who have anxious kids in therapy. It’s also the #1 one thing, my kid clients wish their parents understood. So I decide to build a course, that you take at your own pace, that is designed to help build a bridge between parents and their anxious kids in supportive, healthy ways. Here’s the curriculum
Module One: Why your Child is Struggling with Anxiety.
We deep dive into what anxiety is, and why its manifesting the way it is in your child life. How to support your child when anxiety attacks come on, and the science behind them so you can respond appropriately.
Module Two: Communication is key
Building a bridge with you and child starts with healthy communication. You have to learn how to communicate effectively with their anxious brains so they can hear you what you are trying to say and respond in better ways.
Module Three: How to Set a Boundary with Anxious kids
Anxious kids NEED boundaries. Anxiety cannot be allowed to run the household, it creates too much chaos for your child and for you. Many times parents get so overwhelmed by the anxiety symptoms, they get lost in what boundaries are appropriate to set for their child.
Module Four: Your child is NOT their anxiety.
Anxiety is clinical disorder, and cluster of symptoms - not who your child is as a human. Your child is still in there, and worst outcome for them is to believe they ARE they’re anxiety. That are developing a sense of self, and identity. They need to learn they are more than what anxiety tells them. And, its critical for parents to enforce this idea. In this module, we pull apart anxiety from who your child actually is as a human, and learn strategies for bringing out pieces of themselves that are true to their personality – not anxiety.
Module Five: Strategies for Anxiety Support
Anxiety can make you and your child feel powerless if its allowed to run the show. In this module, I teach you how to effectively support your child’s growth and healing process so you feel equipped and empowered in how to implement helpful anxiety reduction strategies in order to support your child.
Module Six: Anxiety Action Plan
At the end of the course, we re-cap what you’ve learned and guide you through a plan of how to support your child’s anxiety based on what you’ve learned, and who your child is, and how they’re anxiety is showing up for them.
